Tom Maison

Branch Manger/Sr Loan Officer NMLS#167825

I am a native to Phoenix and graduated from The University of Arizona. After a brief hiatus working at Torrey Pines Golf Club in San Diego, CA, I returned to Phoenix to begin my career in the mortgage industry. I quickly formed strong partnerships with like-minded Real Estate professionals in the Valley and grew a strong base of trusting referral partners confident in my ability to get their loans closed.

I became a part of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in 2017 and now lead a strong team of support staff to ensure on-time and hassle-free closings. Joining Fairway was a very easy choice based on our wide array of unique products that are available, our in-house support and underwriting, and of course the excellent rates I’m able to offer my clients.

If you are looking for a Loan Officer who puts exceptional customer service first, then I am your Loan Officer. I have spent the last eight years helping my customers achieve the goal of home ownership. With this experience, I understand the true importance of each customer’s individual needs and the importance of supplying each customer with up-to-date information about their loan transaction. I pride myself on staying on top of the process from the beginning to the end, and feel that is a vital part of the process in eliminating the frustrations that can occur during a mortgage transaction. I accomplish this by keeping and making the loan process as simple as possible, and by continuing to maintain a line of communication between all parties involved. Being an effective Loan Officer means more than getting the loan done. I feel that it is important to listen to the customer and find the loan program that TRULY meets their needs, which combined will lead to 100% satisfaction.
